With a local, seasonal menu signed by Novae, Café Byron is open to visitors throughout the day, right next to the famous Chillon Castle.
Our chef offers a choice of take-away dishes to be enjoyed on the benches of the English Garden: castle burger, panini, pancakes and waffles to eat before or after a visit to the thousand-year-old fortress, but also if your steps guide you simply this way.
For 10 o’clock or tea time, you can choose from a wide range of sweets, sandwiches and drinks.
